If you cannot find something or there is a product

How do I order?
When
you find a product that you wish to buy simply click
on the basket icon or add to basket and the product
will be put in to your shopping basket. Don't worry
- putting something in your shopping basket does not
mean that you have to buy it. It just saves a list of
items that you may be interested in buying. You can
easily remove goods later. When you have finished shopping
just click on the checkout icon at the top of the screen
and follow the easy steps to pay for your goods.
What payment methods do you accept?

Electron, American Express and Eurocard.
You can pay by cheque but only in pounds sterling.

How secure is your server?
Orders
placed on-line are fully protected by our secure server
which encrypts all information before it is sent
to us, making paying on-line more secure
than handing over your card over in a restaurant or
paying over the telephone where no such encryption
takes
place. Furthermore we adhere to strict security measures
as laid down by law in the Data Protection Acts of
1984
and 1988.
There
has never been an instance of a reported case of fraudulent
use of a credit or debit card as a result of purchases
made with us.
What about my privacy?
Any
information that you supply us with is for our use only.
We are totally committed to your privacy and fully understand
the frustrations of receiving junk mail so we do not
pass any customer details to anyone else. All customer
information is held on a database that is not connected
to the Internet.
What is your returns policy?
Damaged
or Faulty Goods. Should you receive goods that
are damaged or faulty you must advise us within 7 days
of receipt by e-mail to:

be written on the outside of the returns parcel. A

refund for the goods and postage charges will be given
or replacement goods will be despatched at no additional

Cancellation
Rights.
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you
have the right to cancel the contract for purchase of
any item within seven working days of delivery. To cancel

What are your delivery terms?
Subject
to availability we aim to despatch goods within 7 to
10 working days of receipt of order.
Delivery
within the UK usually takes 1-3 days
from despatch.
Delivery to Europe usually takes 3-5 days from despatch.
Delivery to the rest of the world usually takes 7-10
from despatch.
Delivery charges are based on the weight of the product and
the packaging materials required for safe delivery,
you can review them prior to checkout.
Customs
and Import Duties
Customs
and import duties do not apply to any delivery within
the United Kingdom. For overseas deliveries customs or
import duties are levied once the package reaches your
country. You must pay any additional charges for customs
clearance. We neither have control over these charges
if they are levied, nor can we predict what they may
be. We do not refund any of these charges.
