Ordering
When your shopping is complete you will then go to checkout
to pay, you will be asked to enter your credit card
details. Please ensure that your credit card correspond
to the billing address, (you can however have a separate
delivery address)
Delivery
Subject to availability we aim to despatch goods within
7 to 10 working days of receipt of order.
Delivery within the UK usually takes 1-3 days from despatch.
Delivery to Europe usually takes 3-5 days from despatch.
Delivery to the rest of the world usually takes 7-10
from despatch.
Delivery charges are based on the weight of the product
and the packaging materials required for safe delivery,
you can review them prior to checkout.
Customs and Import Duties
Customs and import duties do not apply to any delivery
within the United Kingdom. For overseas deliveries
customs
or import duties are levied once the package reaches
your country. You must pay any additional charges for
customs clearance. We neither have control over these
charges if they are levied, nor can we predict what
they may be. We do not refund any of these charges.
Damaged Goods Notification
Should you receive goods that are damaged or faulty
you must advise us within 7 days of receipt by e-mail

A full refund for the goods and postage charges will

Cancellation Rights
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations,
you have the right to cancel the contract for purchase
of any item within seven working days of delivery. To
cancel this contract, simply advise us in writing detailing
your Name, Address, Order Number and giving the reason
